Withdrawal Policy
(Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content)

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear statement (e.g., by email) informing us (Bavricon Systems, Marco Consalvi, Lange Straße 36, 89537 Giengen an der Brenz, Germany, support@bavricon.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving digital content not delivered on a physical medium if:

You have expressly agreed that we begin with the execution of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and

You have confirmed your awareness that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
