7. Use of the "Inventaro" Software

Our software works completely offline with no cloud synchronization, no login, and no storage of personal data in the sense of the GDPR.

For license validation, a technical identifier (machine-specific hash) is transmitted via a Google Firebase Cloud Function. These data are used only for one-time license verification and are not stored in a personally identifiable way.

For update checks, public Dropbox content is accessed. Dropbox may process your IP address during this process, but we do not store or evaluate it.
