General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the purchase of the software "Inventaro" (as of May 2025)


1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between you as the buyer (hereinafter: "Customer") and the provider

when purchasing the software “Inventaro” via the sales platforms Paddle or Digistore24.


2. Subject matter of the contract

The subject of this contract is the acquisition of a license for the "Inventaro" software. The software is provided exclusively as a digital download. The customer acquires a simple, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the license terms (EULA).


3. Conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is processed via the platforms Paddle.com or Digistore24.com. The terms of use of these platforms apply to the conclusion of the contract.


4. Prices and payment

The prices listed are total prices. Due to the application of the small business regulation according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is charged. Payment is made using the payment methods offered by Paddle or Digistore24.


5. Delivery / License Provision

The software will be made available via a download link immediately after payment is received. The license key will be sent automatically or via email. The software requires a one-time online activation.


6. Rights of use

With the purchase, the customer receives the simple, non-transferable right to use the software on one device (single-user license model). Further details are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).


7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply to digital content. No guarantee is provided within the meaning of Section 443 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The software is delivered in the current version at the time of download.


8. Liability

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for data loss or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability under the Product Liability Act and in the event of injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.


9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, about which information will be provided separately (see withdrawal policy).

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Heidenheim, to the extent permitted by law.
