for the purchase of the software "Inventaro"

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between you as the buyer (hereinafter: “Customer”) and the provider

regarding the purchase of the software "Inventaro" via the sales platforms Paddle or Digistore24.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a license to use the software "Inventaro".
The software is provided exclusively as a digital download.
The customer acquires a simple, non-transferable license for use in accordance with the license terms (EULA).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is processed via the platforms Paddle.com or Digistore24.com.
The terms of use of the respective platform apply to the conclusion of the contract.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices stated are total prices.
As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT.
Payment is processed via the payment methods offered by Paddle or Digistore24.

5. Delivery / License Provision

Delivery is made immediately after receipt of payment via a download link.
The license key is provided automatically or by email.
The software requires a one-time online activation.

6. Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the software on one device (“single-user license”).
Further details are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to digital content.
No guarantees are provided in the sense of § 443 BGB.
The software is delivered in the current version available at the time of download.

8. Liability

The provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Liability for data loss or consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability under the Product Liability Act or for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, which is explained separately (see Withdrawal Policy).

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law shall apply exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Heidenheim, Germany, if legally permissible.
